Boglárka (Bogi) joined studio Gear Up in January 2024 as Medior Consultant/Analyst. Bogi has a strong impact-driven attitude and passion for sustainability. She has an extensive experience in coordinating and managing international research & innovation projects in the field of energy efficiency and circularity in the built environment.
Bogi has worked – as a researcher – on various sustainability related issues ranging from the governance of Nature-based Solutions through energy efficiency of buildings to the circularity aspects of building renovations. During her prior experiences, she gained deeper understanding of executing innovations and translating ideas into tangible actions.
Having completed an MSc degree in Sustainable Development at Utrecht University equipped her with a great deal of transdisciplinary and system thinking. By joining studio Gear Up, Bogi is enabled to follow her ambitions and leverage her research and coordination skillset to create future-proof impact.
